Come see what happens in people’s lives when they discover God through the study of His Word, the Bible.Our classes meet weekly during the school year. Each class participant receives a course book with a commentary and home study questions. Each week, you’ll participate in small group discussions and a large group teaching. From time to time, fellowship meals will provide special times of sharing and relationship building within the class.

ABOUT THE CLASS

This is a Women's Class
THU at 09:30 AM - 11:30 AM

Main Class: Thursdays 9:30-11:30 am @ Rockland Community Church (including an online/in-person hybrid group). Fellowship is from 9:00-9:30 am.

Remote (In Person) Thursdays: 5:00-7:00 pm at Kittredge Community Bible Church or 6:30-8pm at Bergen Park Church

Online Only:

Tuesdays (9:30-11:30 am or 6:30-8:00 pm)

Wednesdays (10 to 11:30 am)

Saturdays (9:00-10:00 am)

Sundays (Satellite In-Person/Coed) Young Adult Group 4:00-6:00 pm

Currently Studying: James, Genesis

For 2026-2027, Genesee CBS starts the year with a six-week study on The Book of James for applicable wisdom for a Faith in Action.

The remainder of the year is spent studying the first 22 chapters of the Book of Genesis as we learn about God's creation, human's rebellion, and God's sovereignty, concern, and His unfailing commitment.

MINISTRIES

Next Gen Ministry

For children Infant through Third Grade, NextGen uses Bible teaching, Scripture memory work, crafts, music, games and other activities to provide a nurturing environment where children can learn about Jesus' wonderful love for them.

We also come alongside parents as they teach and train their children to live out God’s truths in their lives.

We welcome your children to experience the love of Jesus through the loving servants in our CBS NextGen Ministry.

Young Adult

Ever wanted to be part of a community where relationships and studying the Bible are a central focus? Well then, come along to our dynamic Young Adult group that meets for Bible study and a fellowship dinner on Sunday evenings. And no, you don’t have to have a PhD in theology or belong to a specific denomination.
